Refunds and cancellation
Last updated 12 September 2026.
The clauses below are real, but some details have deliberately not been filled in, because inventing them would be worse than leaving them blank. Until they are supplied, treat this page as a draft.
entityName— The legal entity a customer is contracting with — a registered company name, or your trading name if you are operating as a sole trader.companyNumber— The company registration number, if a company exists. Omit entirely if you are a sole trader.businessAddress— A business address to publish. A registered office or mailbox service is the usual answer; a home address is not required and should not be used.governingLaw— Which country's law governs the terms, and whose courts hear a dispute. Almost certainly England and Wales given the Stripe account, but that is your decision rather than an inference.supervisoryAuthority— The data protection authority customers may complain to — the ICO for the UK. Needed for the privacy policy to be complete under UK GDPR.
Cancelling
Cancel whenever you like, from your dashboard. It takes one click and opens Stripe’s billing portal. You do not need to email anybody and you do not need a reason.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep your access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it is not pro-rated back — you paid for that month and you get that month.
When we refund
- It was charged in error — a duplicate charge, or a charge after you cancelled. Always refunded in full.
- You could not use what you bought — a script that did not work for you and could not be made to work. Tell us what happened; if we cannot fix it, we refund it.
- You bought the wrong thing and have not used it — tell us within 14 days and we refund it.
When we do not
- A period you have used. If a subscription ran for three weeks, those three weeks were provided.
- A game account that was banned, or items lost in-game. Automating a game risks the account, that risk is the customer’s, and it is stated plainly in the terms before anybody pays.
- A change to the game or server that breaks a script, where we fix it in a reasonable time. If we cannot, the first bullet above applies instead.
Your legal right to cancel
If you are a consumer, you normally have 14 days to cancel a distance contract and get your money back. For digital content and services that begin immediately, that right ends once delivery has begun with your agreement — and buying a script here delivers it to your account at once.
We do not rely on that exception to refuse an honest request. The list above is what we actually do, and it is more generous than the exception requires. Nothing here removes any right you have under the law of the country you live in.
How to ask
Email admin@rspsbot.com or use the support form, with the email address on the account and roughly when the charge was made. Refunds go back to the card that paid, usually within five to ten working days once issued.
Please ask us before disputing a charge with your bank. A dispute takes longer to resolve than a refund does, and we would rather just sort it out.
Who you are dealing with
[legal entity — to be supplied], of [business address — to be supplied].
