Terms of Service
Last updated 12 September 2026.
The clauses below are real, but some details have deliberately not been filled in, because inventing them would be worse than leaving them blank. Until they are supplied, treat this page as a draft.
entityName— The legal entity a customer is contracting with — a registered company name, or your trading name if you are operating as a sole trader.companyNumber— The company registration number, if a company exists. Omit entirely if you are a sole trader.businessAddress— A business address to publish. A registered office or mailbox service is the usual answer; a home address is not required and should not be used.governingLaw— Which country's law governs the terms, and whose courts hear a dispute. Almost certainly England and Wales given the Stripe account, but that is your decision rather than an inference.supervisoryAuthority— The data protection authority customers may complain to — the ICO for the UK. Needed for the privacy policy to be complete under UK GDPR.
1. Who you are contracting with
These terms are between you and [legal entity — to be supplied], of [business address — to be supplied], which operates RSPS Bot at rspsbot.com. Using the website or the client means you accept them.
2. What we provide
RSPS Bot is desktop software that automates repetitive tasks in third-party online game clients, together with a website for managing your account and the scripts attached to it. We provide the software; we do not provide, operate or control any game server it is used with.
3. Independence
RSPS Bot is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Jagex Limited, Elorin, or any other game or server operator. Any names used on this site are used descriptively, to say what the software works with, and no endorsement is implied or claimed.
4. Your responsibility for how you use it
Automating a game is very likely to breach the rules of the server or game you use it on, and the operator of that game may suspend, ban or delete your account for it. That is a consequence of your decision to use this software, and it is entirely yours. We make no claim that use is undetectable, permitted, or without risk, and nothing on this site should be read as one.
You are responsible for complying with the terms of any game you use this with, and for any account, items or progress you lose. We do not compensate for in-game losses of any kind.
5. Accounts
You sign in through Discord. You are responsible for what happens under your account, for keeping access to it secure, and for not sharing it. We may suspend an account that is used to abuse the service, to attempt to bypass plan limits, or to distribute the software or our scripts to others.
6. Subscriptions and purchases
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. Premium scripts are charged separately and require an active subscription. Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change; a change never affects a period you have already paid for.
You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves your access in place until the end of the period you have already paid for.
7. Licence
While your account is in good standing you may install and use the client on machines you control, up to the number of simultaneous sessions your plan allows. You may not redistribute the software, our scripts, or the files they are delivered in; decompile or reverse engineer them except where the law expressly permits it; or resell access to your account.
8. Availability
The software is provided as it is. Private servers change, sometimes without notice, and a script that worked yesterday may stop working today. We fix things as quickly as we reasonably can, but we do not guarantee that any script works at any particular time, or that the service is uninterrupted.
9. Limitation of liability
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for loss of game accounts, in-game items, virtual currency, progress, or any indirect or consequential loss.
10. Ending it
You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if we are required to, or if we stop offering the service — in which case we will refund any period you have paid for and not received.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top always says when. Continuing to use the service after a change means accepting the updated terms.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the law of [governing law — to be supplied], and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not remove any protection you have under the law of the country you live in.
