Windows says it protected my PC. Is something wrong?
No. The installer is not code-signed yet, so SmartScreen warns about it the way it warns about any new publisher. Choose More info, then Run anyway. Code signing is on the list and will make the warning go away.
Do I need an account to download the client?
Yes. The account is what the client signs in with and what decides which scripts you can run, so you need one either way — it takes one click with Discord.
The client says a script is not available. Why?
A script appears once your account is entitled to it. Free scripts are there immediately; VIP scripts need a subscription; premium scripts are bought individually and need an active VIP subscription behind them. The plans explain which is which. If you have just bought one, restart the client so it picks up a fresh entitlement.
How do I cancel?
From your dashboard — the Manage billing button opens Stripe’s portal, where you can cancel, change your card or download invoices. It takes one click and needs no email. Your access runs to the end of the period you have already paid for. See the refund policy.
Can I get a refund?
If you were charged in error, or bought something you could not use, yes — just ask. The refund policy sets out exactly when we do and do not. Please ask before disputing with your bank; a refund is quicker than a dispute.
My session stopped after three hours.
That is the free tier’s limit on one continuous run. Restart the client and start again, as often as you like — or VIP raises it to 24 hours and VIP Pro removes it.
My script just says it is observing, or does nothing.
Make sure the client has updated itself — most scripts read their settings from a model that ships inside the script, and an old copy on disk could once override it. Close the client, reopen it, and start the script again. If it persists, send us the log and say which script and which server.
How many clients can I run at once?
One on the free tier, three on VIP, ten on VIP Pro. Free sessions also stop after three hours and need the client restarted. Full comparison here.
